Part Time Recruiting Tips
Are you struggling to figure out what business building activities you should be focusing on in the limited time you have available to build your business?
If so in today’s blog post I will help you address these problems and share with you where you should be focusing your time…
Bottom line is that Network Marketing was designed to be built as a part time business.
If you can squeeze out at least 5 hours a week and even better 10-15 you can become successful in this business.
However with your part time limited hours you can’t screw around…. you need to get right down to business and you need to focus on what I like to call “Rain Making Activities”…
… those activities that are going to grow your downline.
And of course I mean Recruiting!
No Recruiting Means No Business
Recruiting is the life blood of your business growth, so if you are working part time and trying to squeeze your business into your busy life make sure that the time you have available you are engaged in Active Recruiting!
This could be warm market, cold marketing, online or offline… “Just Recruit”!
So set a goal of prospecting at least 5 people each and every day. Anyone can do this and if you are telling yourself you can’t you are just making excuses.
Put on your big boy or big girl pants and share your business with at least 5 people per every day.
To begin with start with your Warm Market… it is the corner stone of any successful network marketing organization.
Then move into building relationships with people….
Building relationships can be done both online or offline whatever you are comfortable with.
Online Facebook is a Gold Mine
But do not do what 99% of Network Marketers do and go on Facebook and start spamming people… simply go out and meet people…. Develop relationships!
Always remember friends first!
Should I Do Internet Marketing
I am cautious when I say the following… so make sure you are hearing what I am saying.
To get some leverage happening in your recruiting activities I would also recommend focusing 15-20% of your time on Branding yourself on the Internet…
Getting your name out there as a business builder…
Meaning using the internet to start generating leads!
Now do not try and go out and master Internet Marketing… start slow and DO NOT allow this to interfere with your recruiting…
I personally would recommend you focus on Video’s!
How To Do Video Marketing
Read training like this one every day and then simply do a short video on what you learnt.
This is providing people with value… they will start to connect with you and you will then focus on building relationships with them.
Keep your video short… about to 2-3 minutes.
At the end of the video invite them to connect with you, ask them to comment in the comment section and to drop you a message or email if they have any questions, etc.
Upload the video to YouTube and Facebook.
You can then share it in Facebook Groups…. And also on places like Twitter and StumbleUpon and Digg.
Do this 4-5 days a week, it will start to get your name out there, you will start to attract people following you and eventually it will create some leverage in your business where you will be generating your own leads.
But again do not make this your main focus… Discipline yourself to stay on Rain Making Activities (recruiting) at least 80% of the time you have allotted to build your network marketing business.
Sooo… What do YOU think?
Let me know down below in the comments section what you think?
Have you done videos before, are you doing them now and what are your results?
(Here is the Video version of this training for you movie buffs!)
