How Many People Do I Have To Sponsor?

When it comes to getting to the top of your compensation plan in your network marketing business… how many prospects to sponsor

How many people do you need to recruit?

Some might like my answer, others may not, and either way it makes no difference because it is the way it is!



The answer is:

“As Many As It Takes!”

oh ho ho… I can already here the groans and moans from people who were looking for the EXACT number they had to go recruit!

But the truth is when it comes to recruiting, you are simply looking for those VERY SELECT few leaders (typically only 2-5) who will go do what you do and look for their 2 – 5 leaders… who will then go find their 2- 5 leaders and so on and so forth until you have a massive organization under you kicking you out the BIG Ol’ Tasty Residual income checks!!


On the very rare occasion I have seen people get super duper lucky, recruit their first person ever, who became their big time leader who went nuts, and exploded their Network Marketing business for them…

This does happen…

But it never happened for me and it mostly likely will not happen for you… and I would not recommend banking on it!


Typical Numbers…

What seems to be typical as far as numbers you need to recruit go… before you land the required leaders… is in the ball park of 50 – 100 recruits!~

Focus on recruiting 50 – 100 people, get them plugged into a duplicate able system… give them the support they require and you will probably be all set!

Maybe I am nuts (most likely)… But when I first heard that… something clicked in my head… I got dang excited because I realized how easy this business is!

You see I came from traditional bricks and mortars business… which is freaking hard man… you have to learn accounting, book keeping, product research, product development, marketing, advertising, human resources, how to deal with taxes, how to deal with customers, etc, etc, etc, etc…

Hard stuff!

Working a J.O.B. for 40-50 years, barely getting by… is hard stuff!


But NOT Network Marketing…

When it comes down to it… ALL you really have to get good at is ONE Simple thing… and that is recruiting!

Who cares if it takes you 5 years to get good at recruiting… it should not take you anywhere near that long… but who cares if it does?

5 years later after learning how to recruit… you are living the life of your dreams…

So stop focusing on all the fluff…  settle in and learn how to become very good at recruiting… do it over and over again and you will get there.
