Develop a Plan of Action to Change Your Life

This is for the people out there who are fed up with just living their life day in and day out never achieving anything and never being happy. what is your plan of action for success

This is for the people who are at the point they are ready to make the changes in their lives!

You have come to the point in your life that you realize that in order to be happy and the only way that things in your life are going to get better financially, spiritually and physically is if you step up and finally take action.

You now understand that improvements will not just magically come your way, you are at the point that you are ready to put forth the effort in order to reap the rewards you desire in your life.

But having the desire is obviously not enough, being ready to take action is also not enough, the missing ingredient to achieving what you desire and having a happy and awesome life is having a “Plan of Action”!

Having a plan of action is crucial to your success at achieving any goal.

If you want to transform your life you need a plan. A goal without a plan is no goal at all, it is simply a wish.

When you put your goal on paper, backed up with a strong desire to see the goal turned into reality and they proceed to do whatever you can to make it come true you CAN NOT Fail!!

The secret to having anything you want or achieving anything is a simply formula…

Desire + Effort = Results.

The following are 3 steps ti implement your plan of action starting today:


Happiness Plan of Action Step #1: Know What You Want.

What will make you happy?

What do you want to change? What do you want to improve in your life. What to you ant to achieve? when you know what you want and you want it bad enough, you'll find a way to get it Jim rohn

Be very clear in your mind what it is you are going after AND then write it down!

But there is a secret to achieving goals… I call it BABY STEPS!

Make your goals realistic.

For example, if your goal is to lose 20 lbs, it is not realistic to believe you can lose 20 lbs in 3 days. You are setting yourself up for failure. Success is simply a few small disciplines practiced every day. The key is to simply move forward.

You see it is possible to lose those 20lbs in 3 months with a proper plan of action. And the 3 months will be here before you know it and it will be here whether or not you have taken action or not.


Happiness Plan of Action Step #2: Create Your Plan.

Now that you know exactly what you want to achieve, you now need to know exactly how you are going to achieve it. How am I going to lose those 20lbs in 3 months?

What is it I need to do every day in order to make this happen? What is my PLAN?

Sit down and write out your schedule of what needs to be done daily and at what time.

Be very specific. I am talking about a good old’ fashion “To Do List”.

You may be asking but where do I find my plan, how do I know what to do?

Great question and it is a simple answer. EVERYTHING and ANYTHING you want to accomplish has been accomplished before… AND it has been written about in things called BOOKS!

Go to the book store, go to the library or head to Amazon and do a search for what it is you are looking to accomplish. Find a plan that best suits your personality and stick with it!


Happiness Plan of Action Step #3: Make the committeeman to stick to your plan of action. put your plan of action into action

Stay on track. Do not let life get in the way. Do not get distracted!

Do something for 3 weeks and it is a habit. The first 3 weeks are the hardest. Once you get past 3 weeks the routine becomes second nature to you.

Reward yourself for sticking to the plan and reaching milestones.

Don’t beat yourself up, if you have a setback, don’t dwell on it just get right back into action. The key is not to allow yourself to get discourage, success at anything takes time, simply focus on the process and not the results and you will be successful.

This is not a sprint, this is a marathon. Keep putting one step in front of the other and you will arrive at the destination!

Everyone has heard the saying that “Rome was not built in a day”. The same goes for what you are trying to accomplish… it will not happen over night. Success at anything is a process and it is why your plan of action must be a long term plan of action. It must become part of your daily life.

You and you alone must decide if your happiness is worth the price you will have to pay.

But the truth is that in the end you do not pay the price for success you pay the price for not trying.
