If you have found this Rastelli Direct review then there is a great chance that you are doing some research on this mlm company in order to determine if it is a good opportunity to become involved with. 
If so it is important to understand that this review will be a 100% unbiased review of this home based business. I am no way affiliated with this company. If you read a review of a company by a distributor of that company… well lets just say I would have my doubts as to whether it would be what I would call an unbiased review.
Before I get into the review, you are probably wondering who I am and why am I qualified to write this review. I will be very brief here, because on this blog you can read all about me and my accomplishments in the home based business arena. Who Exactly Are Rastelli Direct?
They are a network marketing company, that is a division of their parent company Rastelli Foods Group. The parent company has been supplying higher end meats and such to some of the best restaurants and resorts around the world. They have been doing so since 1976.
Their head office is in Swedesboro, New Jersey. Ray Rastelli is their president and also founder of the company. Their products are excellent. They are known for very high quality foods. The Quality control is noted as being excellent.
What Products Will You Market With Rastelli Direct?
The product itself falls into the criteria of products that I recommend to people when they ask me what type of company they should build with. I always tell people that if you can find a company that markets products that people are already using now, your life will be much easier. This is the way it is with Rastelli Direct. Basically they market their 5 star restaurant quality meats through their new multi level marketing model.
This arm of their company had its official launch back in Jan 2010. And at this time is only operating in North America. Their product really is top notch. It consists of the best steaks, seafood, chicken, and pork, etc.
How Does The Rastelli Direct Business Opportunity Work?
As a distributor for the company, you will have the opportunity to earn from the 5 different components of their compensation plan. Which really can be explained or grouped into two ways you are paid. Which are your up front commissions and on going residual income commissions.
You will be paid commissions of 20 percent on any retail sales of the product itself you refer. Then whenever you sponsor a new distributor into your organization you will earn an additional 20% on their initial order they place with the company.
As for your residual income, it is earned due to the fact you can be paid as high as 5% on the volume in your organization, five levels deep.
There are also the typical bonus pools that all MLM companies have, allowing you to earn some significant additional income. You can earn long-term, residual income by earning up to 5% of the volume in your first 5 levels.
So Should You Build With Rastelli Direct?
In the end that is your call. However as far as a company goes, although they are new, which is always a risk, they do seem to be a stable company with the financial backing of their parent company. I would advise looking more into their management team and what field leaders they have working the business as this will provide a good assessment as to whether they are committed to the new network marketing arm of their company.
The real issue though comes down to, how are you going to build the business if you do become involved with them or any other network marketing company?
What marketing activities are you going to use to create a large organization and a large residual income cheque.
Too many network marketers do not give this much thought before they become involved with a team or a person.

ZamZuu Reviews | ZamZuu Scam or Awesome Opportunity?

If you are reading this blog post you are either presently a ZamZuu distributor or are possibly looking at the opportunity of becoming one and want to insure this MLM company is not a scam.
Let me be upfront right from the get go, I am in no way affiliated with ZamZuu at all! This is a review of this home based business from a 100% unbiased perspective.
So who and what is ZamZuu?
Besides having a very cool name… they are a network marketing business, that’s main product is their internet based shopping portal, providing access to over 700 very well known or brand name merchandisers. There does seem to be an affiliation with the old Your Travel Biz or better known as YTB.
It should be noted that I am writing this under the assumption that if you are searching for ZamZuu Reviews that you have an idea or at least a basic understanding of the MLM or Network Marketing industry itself. If not I will not be diving too deeply into the profession itself, but on this blog you can find hordes of trainings and posts on that subject.

Ok… back to the products:
From this shopping portal, you can buy anything you could ever need. Wal-Mart is even one of the stores you can purchase from. On top of the typical items you would purchase form a Wal-mart, you can get anything from Travel to automobiles through their shopping portal.
The ZamZuu Corporate Team:
One of the biggest components to look for when researching ZamZuu reviews or any network marketing company for that matter, is the corporate team. Who are they? What is their goal with the company, what type of home based business experience do they have and are they ethical?
In this case, as we discussed already… this company appears to be run by the same outfit who was running the show at Your Travel Biz (YTB). That company was run by Lloyd -Coach-Tomer, and also Scott Tomer (his son) was involved in the corporate side. ZamZuu appears to be run by the same guy.
As for the field leadership, Phyllis Nash and a Juliette St. John seem to be leading the charge.
ZamZuu & Their Compensation Plan
Ok… lets break down how you can actually earn money with this company.
You can be paid in three separate manners. If you join the company under their free package, basically you are only able to earn on any commissions you are owed from any sales you refer through the shopping portal itself. 30% seems to be the commission level.
The next way you can get paid is by becoming what they refer to as a broker. This basically means that now you can recruit people to sell the service/products and you get commissions from what they sell/refer. This has a upfront cost of $99.95 to become a broker and a monthly ongoing cost of $49.95.
The last method is if you buy the z-kit. This will cost you around $399.95, and is only available to brokers. The benefit of this is that you can sample numerous products from the retailers they deal with.
And naturally there are the bonuses you can earn, that are quite standard with most network marketing companies.
As for the ZamZuu Scam?
The thought that this company may be a scam, appears to have its origins in the fact that they are or were YTB. Your Travel Biz was ruled in California and actually Illinois as being a pyramid scheme.
Does this mean ZamZuu is a scam? No.. and I am not sure that I would believe that YTB was either. However the similarity between the two companies would make it difficult for ZamZuu to overcome this stigma.
However having said that, the present reps seem to be loving the experience they are having with this company, which is always a good indication that people are making money!
So… Can You Make Money In ZamZuu?
When looking for ZamZuu reviews, this obviously is on your mind! Like any Network marketing opportunity, you can most definitely make money.
However the BIG question is how will you do it? How are you going to build the business. Just joining a Network Marketing company is obviously NOT enough!
Most “old school” network marketers will tell you to build your list of friends and family… and that is about it when it comes to training you how to build your business…
The problem is that using this approach only, you will very quickly run out of people to talk to about your business… and without people to talk to your business dies!

In this blog post I am going to break down and explain everything I know about this business opportunity. One thing you MUST understand is that this review will be different then other zija reviews because this one is a 100% completely unbiased third party review (meaning I am not a distributor)… which is a GREAT thing for you!

To begin with Zija International is a company that is based in the health and wellness arena.
They promote products used for controlling weight, providing nutritional value as well as energy. They also have a skin care product line that is focused on keeping you looking young.
And of course they distribute their products through the fantastic industry of network marketing or MLM.
Many people will ask about a Zija Scam. Well lets put that question to rest from the get go. There is no scam here… this is a valid mlm company, that was started by Mr. Ken Brailsford in 2006. His partners are Mr. Michael Hersberger, And Mr. Rodney Larsen. And each of these 3 men have a excellent track record in the direct sales industry.
Ziga Reviews Product Overview:
The nutritional products all contain an ingredient called Moringa. It is a botanical and is claimed to be one of the more powerful of the botanicals on the planet. An interesting aspect of the Moringa plant is that it grows in the desert and it is actually referred to as the Miracle Tree”. Like most MLM nutritional products it is jammed packed with antioxidants!
The following are some of the nutritional and weight management products it promotes:
- The Smart Drink
- The Smart Mix
- XM3 ( weight management and energy)
- Skin Care Product Line
Ziga Compensation Plan Reviewed:
When you join on as a distributor with Zija international you receive a distributor kit and your first product purchase. From there your only expense is the monthly product you will receive, which in MLM we call your autoship. You must order this monthly if you wish to earn from the compensation plan, which is standard through out the homebased business industry.
Like most compensation plans there are numerous ways you can earn. These would include up front commissions, commissions you would earn from team overrides, etc.
Overall it is a typical network marketing compensation plan, which provides a fair amount of upfront commissions coupled with the ability to earn a very nice residual income.
So is Zija International a good opportunity or is there a Zija scam?
Obviously as stated there is no scam. From my research into this Zija review, it seems to be a very good network marketing opportunity. If you like mlm companies that promote nutritional products, then this one appears to have everything in place, the price point is good, the management team has the required experience, the compensation plan will pay well and there is a ton of room for the company to grow and you with it.
BUT…
This is not enough!
Meaning the mere fact that Zija International is a good company does not mean that you are going to become rich!
This company is the tool that can allow you to achieve your goals IF you know how to build it the right way into a BIG & Profitable business!
Becoming successful in this network marketing company or any other depends on your ability to recruit a horde of distributors into your downline.

Welcome to my blog gang. My name is Robb Corbett. And this is a 100% unbiased Organo Gold review. I am not affiliated with this network marketing company in anyway. Which when looking for a review on a company is a very important thing.
There are hordes of Organo Gold reviews on the Internet, but I can assure you that 99% of them are written by distributors of the company looking to recruit you into their downline.
So very quickly why am I qualified to write this review and who am I? Well for the long story you can click the Meet Robb Corbett link at the top of this site. But very quickly, I was like most network marketers, struggling to make it, however that all changed in 2005 when I was able to create a six figure income in this business. Back to The Organo Gold Review…
This is a company that opened its doors in September 2008. Obviously its product line is based around coffee. However their claim to fame so to speak is that their coffee products all incorporate an ingredient called Ganoderma. Which apparently makes their coffee a healthy alternative.
Organo Gold Coffee: The Corporate Team
Mr. Bernard Chua is the CEO of the company. He is an experienced individual when it comes to being involved in the management of companies in Network Marketing. He actually won the Direct Sales Company of The Year award on five separate occasions
The rest of the corporate team is very well put together. They have constructed a team filled with people with experience in their specialized areas. Which is a definite asset in your corner if you are looking seriously at joining this company.
The management team of a company will make or break any MLM company.
Organo Gold Coffee: The Product!
When looking at a company to determine if it is a good opportunity, a good company or whether in this case there is an Organo coffee scam, you have to look at the product line to include:
First of all is there one?
Second how does the company pay you to distribute it?
And thirdly you need to determine if the product is one that has worldwide appeal. Can you see people around the world using it. Better yet are they already using a version of this type of product or will you have to introduce them to a whole new product, etc.
There is no doubt that the Coffee industry is massive. And one would think that a healthy alternative to this popular morning beverage would be a big hit in the market place.
The ingredient Ganoderma is actually a mushroom, often called Reishi. It has been used in China for its medical benefits for thousands of years.
Organo Gold Coffee: The Pay Plan
Although I do not recommend you try and become an expert in Network Marketing pay plans, as that would be a serious waste of your precious business building time. Know that when researching this Organo Coffee review we looked hard at the pay plan, and this one is a good one and based on typical but proven MLM compensation plan models.
In this case they combined a unilevel system with a binary system. Of course there is the typical bonuses associated with it also. Bottom line if you go to work and focus on the business building activities this plan will pay you very well.
In Conclusion:
Can you have success with Organo Gold Coffee? Yes! It is a good Network Marketing company. There is definitely not a Organo Gold Coffee Scam. My only concern would be the ability of the company to be able to expand on the product line.
Companies must be able to roll out new products and over time develop an extensive line. However with the experience the management team has I am sure they have this component figure out.
In the end your success in this company will come down to you and the business building activities you and your team engage in.

So to begin with is there a Vemma scam?
Absolutely not, in that area you can rest easy, Vemma is a valid network marketing company! It is not get rich quick, but it is like all the good companies in this industry, meaning it is an opportunity to create tremendous wealth if you are willing to put in the work and effort.
Vemma Reviews Key Item #1: Corporate Team:
Besides first determining if there is a Vemma Scam, one of the next key items to look at when researching any opportunity is to look at the corporate team.
This company was founded by BK Boreyho and members of his family. Mr. Borekyko is the owner of a company that has been operating now for over 15 years called New Vision. They have been very successful and have operations world wide. This company is actually one of the original pioneers of the liquid vitamins and nutrition.
This track record is a positive thing. Many companies that fail or even worse the scams in this business are run by people who have no idea how to build a business successfully. I would never recommend a company that does not have a leadership team with a proven track record. Vemma does have this!
Vemma Reviews Key Item #2: The Compensation Plan
In the end we are all in this industry to get paid and live the lifestyle of our dreams… So how do you get paid with this company? First if you were one of those people asking about a Vemma Scam, their pay plan shows why they are not one. The only time money is paid out is when product is moved!!
As for the structure of this compensation plan with this opportunity is a Binary plan. This basically means that you have 2 organizations in your business, a left side and a right side. When you enroll someone, you place them on your left side and then the next person you enroll you place on your right side. The goal with this type of pay plan is to keep your legs as even as possible, or balanced!.
This type of pay plan is very popular in the industry and tends to work very well. It creates more of a team environment then some of the other pay plans, because the better a person does the better his upline and team will do, so everyone has a vested interest in your success which is definitely a great thing to have going for you.
The downside of Vemma’s pay plan is that it allows some people to become lazy, they believe that they only have to enroll two people and they are done, or they think their upline will simply continue to place people under them and they will never have to do anything.
Please understand this… do not get involved with any network marketing company if you are not willing to work at least 10 hours a week for 3 – 5 years!
Vemma Reviews Key Item #3: The Products
Their products are focused in the health and wellness field. One of their more popular products is called Verve. Which is an energy supplement that is claimed to be a healthy alternative to the energy drinks and such you can get in a store.
A very cool component that I like about the Vemma product line is that they have a line of nutritional products for children, which you rarely see in most mlm companies.
Now when it comes to looking at the product line when doing your research you need to ask yourself if there were not an income opportunity associated with the products, would you use them. Do they appeal to you and will they have world wide market appeal. Do your own research into the products, contact a rep, get a months supply and if you find that you love them and can feel good about promoting them then maybe this company is for you.
Vemma Reviews Key Item #4: MLM Training
Like most network marketing companies my take on how they build the business and how they train people to build the business is very one dimensional. Meaning they use for the most part the typical activities that Networkers have been using for 50 years.
Which is, make the list of your friends, have hotel meetings, buy and call cold leads, etc!
Now I am not saying these methods do not work, and I am all for building from your warm market, in fact it is crucial. However if you want true long term growth and success in your business then you need to learn to implement real marketing strategies that will give you the ongoing growth after your warm market is tapped.
Meaning after you have shared your opportunity with your friends and family you must have a plan in place to be able to continue to share your business with new people.
Which is not only my passion but my specialty and one of the main reasons I built this site. I have the marketing knowledge to build large businesses in this industry and I wanted to be able to share my knowledge and secrets with people who are either looking at Vemma or who are already involved, so they can easily use technology to be able to recruit large numbers of new distributors into their business and create a serious six figure income.
