Be Happy! Why Worry?

Life is too short to be a worry wart gang. If you have found that you spend a good part of your life worrying about life’s little problems it is time to stop! time to be happy

There is ZERO Point to worrying, it does not help and it always makes the situation worse.

Any situation you are worrying about, when you look closely at it, there is no point in worrying about it. It is what it is, and in most cases it is no where near as bad as what you are worrying it will be.

Worry will do nothing to make it better. You can either do something about the problem or let it happen on its own, but worrying is pointless.

In fact Worrying is BAD for your health… it is a silent killer.

It is very much like a slow working poison, it eats you from the inside out, destroying who you are and who you could be.

Worrying affects our body, it creates illnesses and it messes with your mind… resulting in mental illness.

If you look hard at any situation you are in or have been in you will see that there was no point in worrying about it, the worrying did not make it better and there is a real chance it made it worse..

Worrying simply wears us out, makes us tired and reduces our ability to think clearly about the situation and to come up with a plan to handle it.

Plus it creates negative thinking… that brings us down and can potentially throw us into a depression state.

Instead of worrying about a problem, we should focus on the solution and to motivate us and turn our thoughts positive you should engage in positive thinking activities. worry is a waste of time

When you feel yourself worrying pick up a motivational book… go to this blog and read inspirational material… turn on success Cd’s… go for a nice walk in nature… do something fun!

But the key is to stay engaged in personal development… motivation and positive thinking does not last… you MUST engage in it daily to stay upbeat.

Problem solving requires you to be able to think clearly. Worrying clouds your ability to be able to do this.

Many things in life are going to work themselves out whether we worry about them or not.

Some things you can not change… if the day you planned outside is going to rain… well it is going to rain and there is nothing you can do about it… so simmer the heck down! 🙂

If the problem is a big problem… Instead of worrying about it, take the time to put a plan in place to divert the problem or change the outcome!

Get into Action… don’t just sit back and let life beat you up.

Action towards a goal always changes your mindset… start fighting back, start doing something to change your situation and you will become motivated, your mindset will change… YOU are in control and your problem is not going to break you!

Don’t be a victim… be a conquer!

It is your life so own it… do something… move forward… get into action… be the BOSS!!
