I get asked all the time, Robb what are the “Best MLM Resoucres” I can use to help me succeed in my MLM business.

Now the answers I give to this question are not what the person asking thought I would tell them, I am sure they were looking for the best book, cd, maybe video training course, or prospecting tool…

Which drives me nuts, because I truly believe that way too many people in this business are information gathers instead of action takers! They are stuck reading about how to make it to the top instead of putting what they read into action.

So yes your Success in your home based business does come down having the right network marketing resources at your disposal, but instead of a book or cd or dvd, these 3 following mlm resources are the ONLY ones you will ever need:

(I will warn you, you might not like some of what I am going to say here)

#1) Company… as obvious as this sounds you would not believe the people in this business who believe they can make it with any old company.

And after I tell them what I am about to tell you, most of them stick with their dead beat company… either they are so brain washed by their up line or they are just too in love with their magic potion to see the truth. (personally I will take the cash over a productt that is costing me instead of paying me baby!)

Real success in the mlm industry is about being with a company that is still in its growth stage… being with a company that YOU have the opportunity to help become the next big thing.

I am sorry gang, but if you are with a company that is 15 – 20 years old or who has hit the billion dollar a year mark, it is going to be pretty dang hard if not impossible for you to ever create the true walk away residual income wealth that is possible with the right type of company.

Now that company will tell you the complete opposite, they will tell you about how they are hitting the second phase of monumental earth shattering growth, or just about to hit an explosion, bla bla bla.

Its not going to happen, it only happens with newer companies under the 15-10 year mark who are not yet Billion Dollar a year companies. That is when the magic and the dream lifestyles happen.

(told you, you might not like what I have to say, but it is the truth!)

#2) Leader… The first time I was finally able to break through and reach the high levels of success that are possible was when I partnered with a true leader.

This person knew how to build the business, had achieved the levels of success I desired, and had all of the systems in place that would allow me to do the exact same thing.

Now your leader does not have to be your sponsor, but he/she does have to be accessible. They cannot just be some bozo who you see once or twice a year at the front of the stage.

You have to be able to pick up the phone and be able to reach this person. And you will know when you are in the right situation because more and more people in the team will be developing into leaders around you.

#3) Marketing System… As I alluded to in mlm resource #2… systems must be in place.

Nobody can make it in this business on their own. Systems for recruiting as well as training new team members must be in place.

If you think you can create all of these systems, manage and maintain them on your won, you are crazy. It will not happen, you will get too bogged down and not get anywhere.

It is crucial that the team you are with has proven recruiting systems in place that will allow anyone with ONLY desire and dedication to be able to plug into them and see great results from their efforts.

Conclusion: Trust me gang, I have been around this deal, I know the ins and outs, I know how wealth is created in this business, and these 3 items are without a doubt the only and the best mlm resources you need in order to have the success you have wanted.
