4 Tips To Fire Up Your Motivation

Motivation is your secret weapon to lifestyle enhancing change. Get motivated

Motivation is harnessed by knowing precisely what you want to accomplish in your life and having such a strong desire to make it happen that nothing is going to stop you.

When your motivation is real and strong enough it keeps you moving forward towards achieving your goals even when times get hard and the road is bumpy.

The following are “4 Sure Fire Tips” to keep your motivation level cranked up:

Sure Fire Tip #1) Build a Dream Board.

A dream board is a place where you put pictures of all the things you want to have.

The goals you want to accomplish.

The house you want to live in, the vacations you want to take, the car you want to drive, the city you want to live in, the restaurants you want to eat in, the amount of money you want to earn, the trophies you want to win, the body you want to develop, etc etc.

Anything that you want to accomplish you put on this board.

And then you put this board somewhere that you will see it every single day.

Look at it daily and focus on what you are working towards… the end result! It does incredible things to keep you on track to creating the life you dream of having.

Sure Fire Tip #2) GET MAD!!

Learn to harness your anger for good. If you want to make serious changes in your life get angry about what your life presently is like.

You have to have a strong desire to change your present situation. If you are comfortable with your lifestyle now it will be hard to do what is required to make changes.

You have to get uncomfortable.

You have to get angry that you have let your life become what it is.

You have to get angry that you have settled.

Harness this anger to become a driving force for change. To push you to do what is required.

Ask yourself… “What is it that is making me want to change my life?”

=> Are you SICK & TIRED of being in debt?

=> Do you HATE your job?

=> Has your life become BORING?

=> Are you FED UP with having to do the same thing over and over and over again every single day?

If so… then get FLIPPING MAD about it!!

And when I say MAD… I mean rally really MAD!

Get out a pen and paper and write down all of the things about your life that make you angry. All of the things you want to change and why.

Then read this list daily…

…remind yourself why you are working towards making the changes.

Remind yourself how bad you want to change and how bad you do not want to spend the rest of your life living an unsatisfying life.


Sure Fire Tip #3) And Speaking of the rest of your life… learn to respect time!

Time is more important then money. The time you have in your life is all you have on this earth.

Every second you waste is gone for ever. You can not get it back. It is a valuable commodity that you have just let slip away.

Time is a powerful resource if you use it to your advantage…

The choice is yours to make… you can either use it to your advantage or you can waste it.

Changing your life takes time.

Reaching your goals takes time.

If you want to achieve greatness in your life you are going to have to put in the effort and time to make it happen.

Take a hard look at your life. In what areas are you wasting time?

Cut those areas out… start with the TV… Video games… reading entertainment books, magazines, newspapers… Surfing the internet… playing on Facebook… hanging out with friends…. shopping…, etc , etc .

Destroy the time wasters in your life! Cut them out.

And start using this very valuable time to better yourself. Use this valuable time to start working towards your goals.

Do what you have to do now so that later on you can do whatever it is you want to do.


Sure Fire Tip #4) Realize the ONLY thing to Fear is “Fear Itself”! face your fears

Conquer your fear. Face it. Grab a hold of that emotion that is trying its best to stop you from doing what is required to achieve your dreams.

Do not let it stop you form living the life you desire.

Do not let the little fears and doubts in your mind destroy your motivation and rob you of your happiness.

Do not look back at the end of your life and realize that the only reason you did not achieve greatness was because of fear.

The only way to destroy fear is to get into action…

Take that step that you are afraid of taking. do the required action. Face your fear and make yourself do it anyway.

The very second you do, that fear will start to disappear. You will see that it was just an illusion.

Get uncomfortable… step outside of your comfort zone and you will look back and wonder why you were ever afraid to do so!

Success is waiting for you. It is yours to have. Why continue to keep it waiting? Go and get what is yours!
